What is an abundant life?
For each of us is may look a little different on the outside, but at its core is peace. Peace comes from trusting in life and a certain inner balance.  All of those “not enough” places and desires are transformed to a life of fullness.  You begin making decisions from a mindset of plenty, not lack.  An abundant life does not keep you fromdifficult life events, but it does provide you with the resiliency to thrive under all circumstances.

What is energy clearing?
Energy clearing is a process of removing blocks through thought, technique or experience.  A lot of times we do this already automatically, such as, going for a walk outside because youare in a really bad mood, and discover after about 15 minutes you are feeling better.  You’ve cleared your head so to speak – changed the energy.  In workshops you will discover other ways to help balance your moods.

What are blocks?
Blocks are anything that keeps you from your best life.  They can be people, situations, events, beliefs, feelings, words, the past, anything that stops the flow of abundant energy.  Gratefully, blocks are usually opportunities disguised obstacles.  Sometimes blocks are meant to re-direct energy down the “right” path and sometimes, they are to be overcome.  The trick is to know the difference. 

What happens in a private session?
Whether the session is on the phone or in person, the appointment is essentially the same.  I like to think I provide my clients with a map to their best self.  During the session I identify and clear energetic blocks that halt your progress to your most abundant life.  As I look into your Chakras, I “see” what is blocking them whether this is a person, event, belief, whatever.  We discuss solutions and ways to avoid re-creating the same blocks again and again.  I like to think I open the door for my clients to their most abundant life and they decide when to step through.

What are Chakras?
Chakras are swirling vortices of energy which sustain us energetically.  I work with the seven major Chakras and view them as channels through which energy flows to nourish and maintain your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life.  Please read my article "Chakra Talk" to learn more about Chakras. What if you don’t think you have any intuition?
Happily, already you use more intuition then you realize unconsciously every day.  During private sessions, guided meditations and workshops I help you connect more deeply to this inner knowing that is waiting inside you to be explored and expanded. 

What if I fall asleep while listening to the meditations?
The meditation is still working when you fall asleep.  I often intentionally fall asleep to meditations knowing its healing affects on my sub-conscious.  However this “falling sleep” response even seems to happen sometimes when I am listening to shorter meditations.  This sensation is when your conscious mind goes to sleep because it is not interested in what is going on.  For example, maybe you’ve gotten in the car to go to the store and upon arrival you don’t remember driving there?  Well, you’ve probably driven there dozens of times and now it has become automatic, your mind is free to think of other things instead of directions.  Another reason for this “falling asleep” response is the topic may be too upsetting to look at directly and again, your mind is protecting you by falling asleep and allowing the healing to first begin in your sub-conscious.

What if I don’t like meadows or beaches in the meditations?
When I create the meditations I like to think I am providing a frame for your healing work.  Many times I am trying to help you “see” a sacred space that you imagine in your mind, be it at the beach or meadow.  I have had a few clients remark, “I don’t like meadows.  They are barren.”  Please feel free to think of my descriptions as a flexible frame that can and should be altered to your tastes and comfort.  I like to think I provide the thin outline and you provide the pictures – like a partnership.

Why would a workshop benefit me?
My workshops are designed for experiential learning.  Though workshops you are able to really fine tune the ideas that although sound great in theory are hard to put into practice.  I also really enjoy the creativity found within a group.  Other people may ask questions that you didn’t even know you had yet.

Why would I enjoy the workshops?
I think you would have fun and laugh and even more astoundingly, I think you will discover things about yourself that are wildly unexpected and transformational. 

What will I learn?
Each workshop focuses on a theme but all include some group meditation, discussions on Chakras and energy clearing.
